About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Production Maintenance Lead to join our team. The desired candidate will possess leadership and coordination skills, along with a solid background in mechanical and facilities maintenance within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Delegate tasks to appropriate technicians and ensures they're completed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor to ensure all work orders are prioritized correctly and completed as assigned and in a reasonable time frame.
  • Conduct and complete training for all new technicians.
  • Escalate and/or addresses equipment or technician concerns under the guidance of supervisor/director.
  • Perform routine preventative and unscheduled maintenance of production equipment, and complete related work orders and data entry tasks daily.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on production equipment.
  • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor/director.

  • Attends all required company trainings.
  • Perform all duties with required safety equipment in compliance with safety regulations and company policies, including the use on required PPE.
