About The Position

Carrier’s facility in Indianapolis, Indiana, which manufactures residential gas furnaces, is recruiting a 2nd Shift Production Maintenance Electrician to join the Manufacturing Engineering team. Our Indianapolis furnace manufacturing plant is a unionized (voluntary) site, offering the kind of stability, competitive hourly pay, and benefits that skilled tradespeople deserve. We need fixers by nature. When a motor burns out or a circuit trips, you are the one who finds the root cause and gets the production line back online. We value reliability and grit; we need team members who come to work every day on time and take pride in keeping the facility running at peak performance.
