Requirements

High school diploma
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and following detailed processes

Nice To Haves

manufacturing experience (food or similar)
Familiarity with HACCP or quality systems
Forklift or pallet jack experience

Responsibilities

Operate, start up, and shut down plant equipment to keep production flowing smoothly.
Monitor processes and respond quickly to maintain efficiency and meet daily targets.
Package and move finished product to meet customer and operational requirements.
Follow GMP, HACCP, and quality standards to ensure consistent product integrity.
Perform product checks and record results accurately.
Support corrective actions when quality issues arise.
Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper PPE use.
Report and escalate risks, incidents, or unsafe conditions quickly.
Contribute to a strong safety culture through active participation.
Share ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Help identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
