About The Position

As a Production Machine Operator of our manufacturing lines, you will lead machine operations by performing set-ups, changeovers, and monitoring equipment to meet production targets. You will troubleshoot and improve by identifying root causes of malfunctions rather than applying "band-aid" fixes. You will ensure precision by using tape measures and tools to maintain close tolerances and "zero-defect" quality. You will drive safety and teamwork by prioritizing a safety-first mindset and stepping in to help coworkers meet site goals.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
Ability to read tape measurements down to 1/8".
Mechanically curious.
Takes ownership of their equipment.
Thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Technical Aptitude: Enjoys understanding how machines work.
