About The Position

Intervala is seeking Machine Operators to join its weekend-shift team in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. The role involves operating manufacturing equipment, assembling electrical and electromechanical components, inspecting work, and helping meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency. Training is provided on wave solder and selective solder machines. The schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. The position offers competitive pay with a $2-per-hour shift differential, benefits, and a 4-day workweek. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Mechanically inclined, with the ability to use tools and basic testing devices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
IPC-A-610 certification is a plus; willingness to learn is acceptable.

Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment such as conformal coating and singulation machines.
Complete training on wave solder and selective solder machines.
Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using various tools and hardware.
Inspect work and identify defects using IPC-A-610 standards.
Follow work instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
