About The Position

Nesco Resource is seeking dependable Production Machine Operators in the Painesville area to operate manufacturing equipment used to produce electronic connectors and cable assemblies. The role involves operating machines, preparing materials, inspecting parts, performing quality checks, completing production documentation, and carrying out assembly work as needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a choice of first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) or second shift (3:15 PM–11:45 PM). Overtime is available based on production needs.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to document results by hand and using a computer.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required safety equipment.

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate presses, injection molding machines, and cutting equipment.
• Prepare materials and follow work instructions.
• Inspect parts for defects and maintain quality standards.
• Perform assembly tasks as needed.
• Complete production documentation and report equipment or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
