About The Position

A Machine Operator 2 is responsible for operating multiple machines. Candidates must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to follow instructions (written & verbal), safely and accurately operate bakery equipment and maintain GMP standards.

Requirements

• Requires high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Organizational skills
• read and follow formulations
• calculating batter time and length
• ability to record batter and exceptions
• compute exceptions
• ability to watch two machines and know what stage of mixing each is in
• ability to make batter adjustments
• add weight together (ounces & pounds)
• Ability to identify ingredients in and out of packing containers
• hearing, understanding instructions and seeing
• Must be in good physical condition.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer previous safety training.
