About The Position

The Production Loader is responsible for inspecting, packaging, and palletizing products according to Truvant and customer specifications. This role involves completing necessary paperwork, understanding product palletization, identifying package defects, monitoring weights and case counts, assembling cases, and operating a pallet jack. The company provides on-the-job training for this position.

• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Skill in operating various equipment as needed to perform the job
• Ability to function cooperatively and effectively in a team environment with peers and personnel in other departments
• Ability to keep company and customer information that is discussed or viewed while under employment with Truvant confidential
• Ability to adhere to all regulatory and company policies, procedures, work instructions including but not limited to: Truvant policies, customer specific policies, ISO, GMP’s, USDA, regulatory food safety and food defense

Nice To Haves

• One year of hands-on experience in manufacturing preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Complete all required paperwork that applies to specified areas and products
• Understand palletization of each product
• Identify defects in packages/pouches
• Monitor weights and case counts
• Assemble cases either manually or automatically using case making machine
• Operate a pallet jack
• Other duties as assigned
