Requirements

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and assembly procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

Assemble automotive HVAC components and systems according to work instructions and quality standards.
Perform hand assembly of plastic and mechanical components used in vehicle heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality, fit, function, and appearance.
Operate assembly equipment, hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment as required.
Assist with line changeovers, workstation setup, and production startup activities.
Record production and quality data accurately.
Follow standardized work instructions and maintain compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and customer demands.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Meet daily production, attendance, and quality goals.
