About The Position

The Operations Technician role involves processing and handling raw meat (beef, pork, and poultry). The position requires following directives to ensure product quality and safety standards, troubleshooting to minimize downtime, and performing daily sanitation and cleaning tasks. The role also includes processing supervised documentation.

Requirements

• At least 18-years of age
• 1-year of continuous prior employment
• Able to stand for entire 12-hour shift.
• Able to work in cold/wet environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. bend, carry, push, and pull.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have a valid State-issued photo ID.
• Must have reliable transportation for any possible shift.
• Required to remove all jewelry, gauges, facial piercings, fake nails, fake eyelashes, and nail polish (even clear) before starting employment.

Responsibilities
