About The Position

The Production Line Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production line equipment to ensure quality products are manufactured in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and GMP standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment as trained, including conveyors, case erectors, labelers, and other line equipment.
Monitor product quality throughout the production process and report any quality concerns to the Line Lead or Production Supervisor.
Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motions throughout the shift.
Push and pull pallets of boxes, bottles, and finished products as needed.
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and company policies.
Complete required production documentation, including reading pallet patterns and performing basic math calculations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Ensure equipment and work areas are properly cleaned and prepared for the next shift.
Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Lead or Production Supervisor.
