About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Production Line Worker to join our team. This part-time position involves operating machinery, assembling and packaging products, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, performing routine maintenance, and contributing to efficient production flow. Accurate record-keeping is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic math skills for measuring and counting.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not always required.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
Assemble, pack, package, and label products as required.
Monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently and adjust when necessary.
Load raw materials into machines and replenish supplies as needed.
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Comply with all company policies and procedures, including quality standards and production schedules.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Strive to meet or exceed production targets and deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
Complete production-related paperwork as required.
