About The Position

Caruso is a family-owned, 4th-generation company that delivers fresh ready-to-eat, and pre-cut produce, sandwiches, salads, and fresh meal kits to retail distribution centers and direct-to-retail stores all over the USA and we are growing! We are looking for 2nd shift Production Line Workers to start at 4pm starting in April. Must be flexible to work Saturday or Sunday as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to assess products for quality compliance.
• Good time management skills.
• Basic understanding of principles and processes of customer service.
• One year of general work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack or package a variety of products by hand from a conveyor belt.
• Counts, measures, and weighs products.
• Removes defective products or materials, placing them in specified areas for handling.
• Lines product on packaging material using hands.
• Examines containers, products, and materials for quality control and ensures packing requirements are met.
• Stacks boxes on pallets.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
