Requirements

Strong attention to detail-you notice when something's off and act on it
Ability to follow written instructions and processes step-by-step
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Solid communication skills and willingness to speak up when needed
Able to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
High School Diploma or GED
Understanding of weights and measurements
Ability to safely use tools, knives, and production equipment
Willingness to follow GMPs and PPE requirements

Nice To Haves

Food manufacturing experience is a plus
Spanish & English speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

Filling, packing, and sealing products according to quality and production standards
Monitoring product specs (weight, size, appearance) and catching issues early
Communicating with leads or maintenance when something isn't right
Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas throughout your shift
Labeling, stacking, and preparing finished goods for shipment
Washing utensils and handling full sanitation of production areas
Assisting with line setup and breakdown between shifts
Completing required paperwork accurately and on time
Supporting overall food safety and sanitation standards
Other job duties as assigned
