Production Line Worker 1
About The Position
Ready to be part of something special? Join our Family! Employee will work primarily on the production lines; S-1, S-2, S-3, and S-4 (But not limited to this). Position requires employees to operate machines/positions on the production lines; Standing, bending, crouching, reaching, walking, twisting, grasping, pushing, and lifting (10-45 lbs.) are all movements required by the job. Employees will be trained on a machine/position, along with being cross-trained to run as many positions within departments as determined by management. Employees need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, a drive for continuous improvements, and support of the Maple Grove team. Flexible hours are a must due to the demands of production and the nature of the products we produce.
