Requirements

Strong work ethic and reliability

Physical ability to bend, lift, climb, and perform repetitive movements
Occasional use of fine motor skills (e.g., machine operation)

Responsibilities

Sort and process materials on a production line (may require standing for extended periods)
Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality
Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors
