About The Position

This role involves operating entry-level equipment to produce high-quality parts, performing product transfers, assembly, and quality inspections. The technician will be responsible for accurate counting, labeling, and handling of small parts, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper tracking. A key aspect of the role is identifying and addressing defects and quality issues, completing necessary paperwork, and adhering to all plant safety rules and company policies. The position requires a commitment to Our Philosophy and all legal, ethical, and contractual standards, as well as assisting teammates and performing other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

Set up and run entry-level equipment per operational procedures to make accurate, high-quality parts.
Perform product transfer, parts assembly, and in-process quality inspections.
Count, label, and handle small parts precisely; ensure inventory accuracy and proper tracking.
Identify and address defects and quality issues; complete required paperwork.
Follow plant safety rules and company policies; uphold Our Philosophy and all legal, ethical, and contractual standards.
Assist teammates and perform other duties as assigned by a lead or supervisor.
