About The Position

The Production Line Set Up Associate will work to set up all equipment and machinery for the Farm Post Department. This associate will also troubleshoot production line issues and make adjustments to the machines as needed throughout the shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is required
• Must have mechanical aptitude
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot basic issues with the machinery
• Must have basic organizational skills and possess an attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Sets up various presses and the production line
• Performs paint testing
• Preheats the baking oven
• Maintains set ups throughout the production shift
• Maintains coils
• Changes punches and dyes
• Operates the 175 press
• Controls oven
• Works on the production line when set up duties have been accomplished
• Other duties as assigned
