About The Position
This role is for a Production Line Leader at Matthew Walker, the oldest Christmas pudding maker in the world. The ideal candidate will have experience on the production line and be ready to step into a leadership role. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of pudding perfectionists – Guide our talented production team to ensure every pudding is up to our legendary standards.
- Keep things ticking along smoothly – From ensuring ingredients are flowing to sorting out any hiccups, you’re the one with the plan.
- Make sure the machines are behaving – You don’t need to be a tech wizard, but keeping our equipment in line is key.
- Numbers matter! – Keep an eye on production targets, minimize waste (because who likes wasting pudding?), and help us meet our goals.
