About The Position

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking Production Line Leads to oversee the sorting production line and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. The role involves assigning work and managing the production line at a state-of-the-art production facility in North Las Vegas, NV. This is a safety-sensitive position where impairment while working presents a substantial risk of injury, and the company will be testing for THC. Requirements

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• A keen attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 6 months of supervisory experience.
• Consent to a drug screen.
• Consent to a background check.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Flexible and able to work 6 days per week, 10+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sorting production line and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Assign work and manage the production line.
• Train and coach new and existing team members.
• Assign team members to production lines.
• Manage data tracking and reporting.
• Hold daily safety meetings and enforce all safety procedures and site-specific protocols.
• Resolve conflicts between team members and work with management to resolve complaints and grievances.
• Conduct employee evaluations.
• Clear and clean production lines, as needed, to ensure product quality and efficiency.
