Production Line Lead, MRF

About The Position
Under general supervision, helps to coordinate specific production line operations to ensure the line runs smoothly and without interruption. This role involves proactively identifying issues, assisting and training line personnel and equipment to guarantee quality product and ensure safety.
Requirements
- Six (6) months to one (1) year of relevant experience.
- Production experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all line equipment by performing daily inspections, troubleshooting, and anticipating issues.
- Complete sorting tasks as necessary to keep the line running efficiently.
- Provide support, coverage, training, and direction to line personnel.
- Be a vigilant observer of all safety protocols and factors, taking action to mitigate safety risks.
- Maintain a safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA standards.
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, including Hazardous Energy Control Procedures, Lock Out/Tag Out, and Confined Space protocol.
- Assist in planning daily needs of the line equipment and production.
- Communicate through written and verbal means with plant management, departments, and employees to ensure the most productive outcome.
- Maintain optimal quality and production of the assigned line/area.
- Maintain cleanliness of the floor and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
