About The Position

Ditsch USA is seeking a Production Line Lead for their 3rd shift operations in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves leading production, supporting a team, and ensuring safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys problem-solving. The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.50 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from freezer areas to the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and enforce safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and support team members on the production floor.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure efficient line operations.
• Coordinate shift changes, staffing, and workflow.
• Troubleshoot issues and help resolve production challenges.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and manufacturing standards.
• Complete production documentation and communicate updates to leadership.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
