A Day in This Role You start your shift by reviewing what matters: the details. You read and verify line orders/dockets so every run begins precisely. With a clear plan, you set up the machinery and make sure all required materials are on hand to keep production flowing. As the line moves, you operate the equipment and keep a close eye on performance, monitoring production equipment for consistency and quality. You inspect output and handle packaging tasks so every product meets expectations. Throughout the shift, you complete daily production paperwork to document progress and maintain accuracy. Cleanliness and safety are part of your routine. You maintain a clean, safe work area and follow established safety rules and regulations —because quality and safety go hand-in-hand.
