About The Position

In this role, you’ll help ensure every tray that comes off the line meets our strict quality standards while keeping your work area clean, organized to ensure a safe working environment and running smoothly. This is a hands-on job in a fast-paced manufacturing environment—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team. Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stay active throughout the shift

Responsibilities

Perform regular quality checks on finished goods
Follow PPE requirements - safety glasses, gloves, hair/beard nets/hearing protection
Remove defective trays to keep production running efficiently.
Use of non-motorized industrial equipment (training provided).
Count, sort, and prep products for rework or storage
Inspect pallets to ensure they meet our shipping requirements
Complete daily operator reports and other required documentation
Comply with safety practices and ensure work areas and equipment are always kept clean & free of hazards or contaminants.
