About The Position

Our Front of House Non-Service Team Member (Production Line Cook) should be someone who has engaging communication skills, a genuine passion and knowledge of our menu offerings, a willingness to assist and collaborate within a team, and a great focus on guest service. You will prepare recipes according to standard procedures, stock and prepare stations for service, communicate product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs), and maintain cleanliness and organization of the station. You will also accommodate guest-specific requests and modifications, ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation, and achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
