Production Line Associate-2nd Shift
About The Position
Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Packer is responsible for ensuring all products are packaged according to company standards, specifications, and customer requirements. This position ensures full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), safety regulations, and company policies and procedures. Radienz Living is a leading North American manufacturer of home and personal care products, such as unit dose laundry and dish products, facial wipes, and baby wipes. This hybrid position provides hands-on experience in both production packing and quality inspection, building foundational skills for growth in manufacturing and quality assurance.
Requirements
- High school degree or GED equivalent, preferred.
- Ability to maintain productivity and keep pace with line speed and production demands.
- Must be able to lift, move, and handle materials as required to meet volume and Operational needs.
- Work schedule may vary and could include evenings, weekends, or occasional overtime based on operational needs.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
- Ability to understand, follow, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in varying temperature and environmental conditions, including heat, humidity, and cold.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to product quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, package, seal, and label products in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
- Inspect finished packages to identify, report, and help correct any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with housekeeping and safety standards.
- Perform all tasks in strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Take personal responsibility for following all safety protocols, operational procedures, and quality requirements.
- Comply with all company policies, including those related to safety, quality, and workplace conduct.
Benefits
- The approximate hourly pay for this position is $17.00.
