About The Position
A food manufacturing company in Santa Fe Springs is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Line Associates to support sushi roll production. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sushi rolls according to production guidelines
- Handle cooked fish and other ingredients in compliance with food safety standards
- Bag and vacuum pack finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements
- Support team members to meet daily production goals
