About The Position

The Production Leader leads and motivates factory staff to meet customer requirements for cost and delivery, while developing employees through feedback, coaching, and training. The role responds to changes in demand by assessing risks and the implications for inventory, capacity, and finances. It ensures compliance with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies and communicates across functions and work schedules to support execution of the MRO plan. The Production Leader also develops and maintains a High Performance Culture through training and everyday behaviors. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Kingsville, Texas. Relocation assistance will be provided if applicable. Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Requirements

Associate degree in Engineering or Manufacturing and 4 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment; or
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing and 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment; or
Master's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing; or
Ph.D. in Engineering or Manufacturing; or
In lieu of a degree, 6 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
