About The Position

At Worthington Enterprises , our people are our most important asset. We’re looking for a Production Leader to help guide and support our manufacturing teams on 2nd or 3rd shift. Why You’ll Love Working Here Competitive pay up to $30/hour , based on experience $1.50/hour shift differential $5,000 sign-on bonus Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one A great work environment focused on respect, safety, and growth Onsite barber/hair salon and fitness center What You’ll Do Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals Support the training, development, and scheduling of team members Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign work in the supervisor’s absence Troubleshoot production challenges and drive effective solutions Ensure accurate production reporting and efficient use of resources Act as a first responder during plant emergencies Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work hands-on with machinery and inspection tools Forklift certification or ability to obtain Knowledge of safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout A team-focused leader who leads by example
