Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience with mid to small-size companies.
Proficient computer experience, for example, Microsoft Suite products.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled with managing and directing employees daily, shift size is up to 25+ employees.
Forklift Experience.
Attention to detail is required.
Supervisor oversees all traceability paperwork and ensures product is documented accurately.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Bottle Packer, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, and Mechanics.
Experience working in conjunction with Warehouse, Customer Service, SQF Practitioner, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, HR Manager, and Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

Document daily performance reports by preparing and analyzing production data.
Manage and direct employees daily, with shift sizes up to 25+ employees.
Oversee Bottle Packer, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, and Mechanics.
Work in conjunction with Warehouse, Customer Service, SQF Practitioner, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, HR Manager, and Plant Manager.
Ensure product is documented accurately.
Correct and report any unsafe conditions.
Train all employees on your shift.
Maintain scheduling of production to meet customer needs and maintain the lowest possible labor/overtime costs.
Provide coaching and discipline to employees under guidance of Human Resources.
Write and issue performance evaluations.
Willing to work a line to help the team.
