Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with mid to small-size companies.
  • Proficient computer experience, for example, Microsoft Suite products.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled with managing and directing employees daily, shift size is up to 25+ employees.
  • Forklift Experience.
  • Attention to detail is required.
  • Supervisor oversees all traceability paperwork and ensures product is documented accurately.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Bottle Packer, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, and Mechanics.
  • Experience working in conjunction with Warehouse, Customer Service, SQF Practitioner, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, HR Manager, and Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Document daily performance reports by preparing and analyzing production data.
  • Manage and direct employees daily, with shift sizes up to 25+ employees.
  • Oversee Bottle Packer, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, and Mechanics.
  • Work in conjunction with Warehouse, Customer Service, SQF Practitioner, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, HR Manager, and Plant Manager.
  • Ensure product is documented accurately.
  • Correct and report any unsafe conditions.
  • Train all employees on your shift.
  • Maintain scheduling of production to meet customer needs and maintain the lowest possible labor/overtime costs.
  • Provide coaching and discipline to employees under guidance of Human Resources.
  • Write and issue performance evaluations.
  • Willing to work a line to help the team.
