The Production Lead assures team member resources and processes are properly utilized within production. Contributes to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and encourages good work habits. This Production Lead will support our night shift in PC04.

Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and walk up to 10 hours.
Ability to bend and reach.
Ability to lift/carry, and push/pull up to 35lbs.
Ability to use hand tools, soldering irons, and press equipment.
Ability to read blueprints and work instructions and maintain accurate records.
Team player who is self-motivated, and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.

Nice To Haves

Previous production experience
