About The Position

Hilco Vision is seeking a Production Lead (Bottling) to join their team at their state-of-the-art facility in Fairfield, Ohio. This role is responsible for working in the Bottling department with the Production Supervisor and team to ensure production goals are met. Key areas of focus include Quality Control, Material Handling, and Safety. The working hours for this position are 2:30pm – 11:00pm.

Requirements

Adhere to all organizational safety practices including following appropriate procedures, as well as the proper wearing of required PPE in designated areas
Committed to leading by example with regards to attendance, work quality, and exhibiting a positive attitude
Committed to quality, excellent attention to detail and processes in order to reach a common goal of producing a great product for all customers
Able to work independently and within a team environment; understanding that the customer need is of the utmost importance
Able to understand work orders that are processed, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Ability to sit for long periods of time and complete repetitive tasks
Hand dexterity

Responsibilities

Assemble work orders or pick lists, and pull necessary packing materials for setup, as well as manage the backorder report
Partner with the Production Supervisor to develop and manage a daily schedule of all orders and assign tasks to team
Ensure all orders are complete and in-full, conduct quality control, work orders are issued, and labor hours are entered correctly
Partner with Production Supervisor to communicate appropriately regarding shipping, planning and operations
Partner with Production Supervisor to ensure adequate staffing levels are met and guarantee that the team has what they need to be successful
Other duties as assigned
