About The Position

As a skilled specialist, this role completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge and mastery within a specific area of operational expertise. This position works on assignments that are difficult, requiring considerable judgment and experience, and may propose adjustments to existing processes. The role often works independently with little or no direct supervision and may make tactical-level decisions for other team members. This is a team leader position, typically expecting 4+ years of related experience, and vocational/technical education and/or relevant certifications are required.

Requirements

Knowledge and experience in the use of circuit board terminology.
Knowledge and experience in the use of inspection devices, eye loops, calipers, gauges, etc.
Strong demonstrated comprehension of written instructions in English including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents.
Good English skills: written and verbal communication skills are required.
Team working skills are critical for success.
Good hand, finger and eye coordination required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as necessary.
Must be comfortable working with or around areas with chemicals.
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer keyboarding for data entry and documentation
4+ years of related experience.
Vocational/technical education and/or relevant certifications are required.
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Processors and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC.

Nice To Haves

Printed circuit board manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Knowledge and experience in Lean Principles strongly preferred
Knowledge and experience of continuous improvement strongly preferred
