About The Position

Nestle USA-Pizza Division in Little Chute, WI is hiring 3rd shift Leader positions. The leader position is a working role that provides day-to-day tactical on the floor leadership. It is a developmental role with a path to Production Supervisor and/or functional leadership roles. It is an opportunity to learn our processes and procedures while developing your skills and abilities to lead and manage others. 3rd shift is from 5:20pm-5:30am Starting rate of pay $34.24 per hour, +$1.50 shift differential per hour 12 hour shifts Teams Schedule Comprehensive Benefits Package after 30 days of employment This position is responsible for setting an example for safety, product quality and line performance and providing coaching for success. The actions and reactions of this role are what set the daily tone, culture, and vibe through their own daily actions and reactions. Walking the walk when it comes to the safety of our people, products, consumers and environment. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), performance of sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality checks conducted according to policies. Actively participate in prevention and correction of quality-related errors Facilitate handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members and Production Management.
