About The Position

Alleguard is seeking a Production Lead to work directly under the Floor Supervisor and gain first-hand knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes. The role assists the Production Supervisor with facility and staff supervision, production execution, quality, safety, training, inventory, and equipment upkeep. The position is scheduled Sunday through Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 3 a.m.; flexibility is required because the schedule may change based on production needs. Pay is $22.88 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift differential. The hiring process typically takes about one week.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and direct individuals and teams.
Assist the Production Supervisor with facility and staff supervision.
Lead and direct assigned production personnel, and report production results and labor usage as required.
Communicate goals and expectations to shift employees.
Execute the production plan and assignments.
Track production metrics.
Troubleshoot equipment problems and escalate them to the Production Supervisor as needed.
Maintain and improve production equipment and facility conditions.
Organize and track inventory using a systematic process.
Oversee an effective quality system and ensure adherence to GMP standards.
Organize and track quality information clearly and promptly.
Work to improve production-facility quality standards.
Implement and enforce safety guidelines.
Provide and document appropriate training for production staff.
Recommend methods to improve production and production quality.
