About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Production Lead to take ownership of daily operations on our production floor. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep a team focused, a line running, and a schedule on track — all while never losing sight of safety and quality. If you've spent the last 5–10 years learning what it takes to lead people through real production pressure, we want to talk to you.

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment, including proven leadership or supervisory experience
A track record of successfully leading teams to hit production goals
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement principles (preferred)
Excellent communication skills — you can talk to line workers and leadership with equal ease
Familiarity with production/ERP software and basic reporting tools
A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality standards

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets
Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Monitor workflow and troubleshoot bottlenecks in real time to keep production on schedule
Partner with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues quickly
Track key performance metrics (output, downtime, scrap/waste, safety incidents) and report to leadership
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and resource allocation
