About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring production runs smoothly by managing the availability of necessary materials and components. The Production Lead Operator will also enforce standard operating procedures, work with other departments to resolve issues, and promote safety and good housekeeping practices. Other duties may be assigned by facility management.

Requirements

• Experience in a production environment.
• Ability to enforce standard operating procedures and inspection standards.
• Willingness to work collectively with maintenance and other departments.
• Commitment to promoting high safety and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Make sure all cells have the required primers and glass available to begin production.
• Ensure the availability of small components on the work cell.
• Utilize and enforce standard operating procedures and inspection standards.
• Work collectively with maintenance and other departments to resolve production and/or equipment issues.
• Promote high safety and housekeeping standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by facility management.
