Production Lead / Job Site Supervisor

Spray-Net North ScottsdalePhoenix, AZ
$23 - $28Onsite

About The Position

We are a growing residential painting and refinishing company looking for a Production Lead / Job Site Supervisor to oversee our crews and help ensure every project delivers an exceptional client experience. This is not a Lead Painter position, and extensive painting experience is not required. We already have an experienced Lead Painter who is our technical expert in prep, coatings and application. We're looking for a different skill set: a natural leader who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of a job site. Your focus will be making sure the crew is productive, the job site is clean and organized, quality standards are met, and the homeowner knows their project is in good hands. Full training on our processes will be provided.
