About The Position

Guide and train production employees and coordinate quality checks on assigned production line. This role involves guiding and training production employees, coordinating quality checks, and ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining employee and product safety. The position requires a strong understanding of plant operations and a conscientious approach to production and quality.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing
• Ability to follow-up
• Ability to be punctual and outgoing
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a plant environment
• Ability to successfully multi-task
• Ability to ensure collaborative relationships with industry, trade, other associations, regulatory agencies and company staff
• Ability to trouble shoot
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Proficiency in SAP preferred
