About The Position

This role guides and trains production employees on an assigned line and coordinates quality checks. The position operates on the 3rd shift, from 9:50 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime and weekend work. The Production Lead is responsible for assigning plant operations, meeting production schedules, maintaining employee and product safety, and monitoring usages and paperwork.

• Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a frequent basis
• Legally authorized to work in the location
