Production Landscaping Manager in Training
About The Position
Saluda Hill Landscapes is looking for a motivated individual to grow their project management skills by starting or continuing a career in Production Landscaping. This position will oversee and manage landscape installation, provide direction for crews, follow a schedule and execute plans, manage relations and expectations of our customers, and any additional duties as required by the division. This position plays a key part in the effective operation of the division. A successful candidate for this role will have excellent organizational skills and time management skills. Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or higher (required)
- Clean driving record (required)
- General knowledge of construction and project management
- Great communication skills, both written and oral
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Can meet deadlines & remain calm under pressure
- Professional & passionate about growing
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage landscape installation crews to ensure efficiency and quality work.
- Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and provide updates.
- Conduct job site assessments and daily evaluations to ensure project readiness.
- Serve as the primary field liaison between office staff and customer representatives.
- Assist with job estimating to support project planning and budgeting.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to track project performance.
