This role plays an essential part in our production process, using hands-on skills and power tool expertise to help deliver the highest quality products.

Responsibilities
- Engage in demanding physical tasks to support production activities
- Stand, walk, crawl, lift and carry heavy items as required to support production
- Install exterior and interior walls, components, and roof sections on unit bases, and install doors to create complete units
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints to guide fabrication and assembly processes
- Skillfully fit and fabricate metal products to meet design specifications
- Use measuring tools to perform mathematical calculations, including converting fractions to decimals, to ensure precision
- Operate air and electric hand tools efficiently to complete tasks effectively
- Work comfortably from heights and ladders to perform necessary duties
- Resolve issues when components do not fit as expected, analyzing why they may not align and implementing solutions to ensure proper assembly
- Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision to meet production goals
- Work effectively in a team environment with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Execute various types of welding with proficiency to ensure high-quality assembly
