This role plays an essential part in our production process, using hands-on skills and power tool expertise to help deliver the highest quality products.

Responsibilities

Engage in demanding physical tasks to support production activities
Stand, walk, crawl, lift and carry heavy items as required to support production
Install exterior and interior walls, components, and roof sections on unit bases, and install doors to create complete units
Accurately read and interpret blueprints to guide fabrication and assembly processes
Skillfully fit and fabricate metal products to meet design specifications
Use measuring tools to perform mathematical calculations, including converting fractions to decimals, to ensure precision
Operate air and electric hand tools efficiently to complete tasks effectively
Work comfortably from heights and ladders to perform necessary duties
Resolve issues when components do not fit as expected, analyzing why they may not align and implementing solutions to ensure proper assembly
Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision to meet production goals
Work effectively in a team environment with strong verbal and written communication skills
Execute various types of welding with proficiency to ensure high-quality assembly
