About The Position
Hands-on manufacturing role in a fast-paced production facility. This job requires physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work long 12-hour shifts in a hot environment while performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Requirements
- 1 year manufacturing/production experience
- Strong physical stamina & ability to lift heavy materials
- Tape-measure reading
- Basic math (fractions, decimals, measurements)
- Material handling experience (warehouse, construction, outdoor labor, or similar)
- Ability to follow instructions and stay focused during repetitive tasks
- Must pass drug and background check
- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work long shifts
Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive production and labor tasks throughout the shift
- Use basic math to measure, count, and verify materials
- Read a tape measure accurately down to 1/16”
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials and products
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Follow all safety rules and report unsafe conditions
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
- Stand, walk, bend, lift, and move continuously for 12 hours
- Work in hot, loud, and fast-paced manufacturing conditions
