About The Position

The Production Laborer works onsite at the Ramsey, Minnesota facility, operating equipment that uses computers and automation. The role involves verifying that finished projects contain all required components by checking run sheets and reading blueprints, maintaining a clean and organized work area, wearing required personal protective equipment, and following safety rules and guidelines. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Aptitude for computers, automation, and technology.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Safe use of hand tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, walk, crouch, and kneel.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds occasionally, 40 pounds frequently, and 15 pounds regularly.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities
