About The Position
This job is for you! Sanimax is looking to hire Production Laborer at our Green Bay facilities. The hours are 6:00 AM - 6:20 PM working a 2/2/3 schedule. Why join Sanimax as a Plant Operator? Starting pay $22/hr with increase after 30 days. Pay grows as you learn new roles. 3% quarterly bonus. Career advancement opportunities. 401(k) match up to 5%. Requirements
- 1 year work related experience
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to stay physically active throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience a plus (training available)
Responsibilities
- Backup trailers to the pit areas
- Loading & unloading rail cars
- Provide coverage for any area of plant operation
- Trouble shooting and repairing equipment failures as appropriate
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Outside work required- will work in summer/winter temperatures
