About The Position

Rocky Mountain Twist - Immediate Production Laborer Needed Are you looking to join a dynamic team in the manufacturing industry? RMT is a leading company in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of high-performance cutting tools. We are currently seeking Production Laborers to join our Drill Finish department. As a Production Laborer at RMT, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and state-of-the-art equipment, learning various machine operation duties and contributing to the production of top-quality products. Advancement opportunities are available. There are set wage increases for training completion. Our current opening is for day shift, Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm. The starting wage is $12.37 per hour.

Learning various machine operation duties
Machine operation
load/unload parts
wash parts
assemble parts
inspect parts
move materials
Perform any duties requested by the Supervisor
Read job orders
Operate industrial machinery to achieve production results
Ensure products meet customer specifications through quality checks
Enter data into computer systems
Perform manual production duties
Wear personal protective equipment as required
Perform duties to ensure safety of self and others
Report machine malfunctions, production errors, and quality issues to Supervisor
Assist in minor machine set up, maintenance, and repair duties
Assembly of component parts
