About The Position

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved. This role oversees production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong focus on optics, electronics assembly, continuous improvement, and customer compliance standards including IPC and/or NASA requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical manufacturing knowledge, excellent people leadership skills, and experience driving operational excellence through Lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
