About The Position

Support production operations by processing, tracking, and moving materials throughout manufacturing and storage areas to ensure continuous production flow, inventory accuracy, and schedule adherence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, vocational training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience.
  • Experience with inventory control, material handling, and production support activities.
  • Forklift operation experience.
  • Basic computer and automated inventory system experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong attention to safety and quality standards.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law

Responsibilities

  • Process and move production materials, parts, and inventory into and out of storage and production locations.
  • Support manufacturing flow activities by following standard work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Monitor work in process (WIP) and communicate material status updates using automated systems and manual reporting methods.
  • Identify material shortages, discrepancies, damaged parts, or inventory issues and escalate or resolve using established procedures.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and support teams to prioritize and expedite materials to prevent schedule delays.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, material handling, and parts movement throughout the facility.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and inventory control processes.
  • Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Provide accurate updates to inventory and production tracking systems.
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Stand and walk regularly throughout the workday, including occasional stair use.
  • Work under general supervision while supporting team production objectives.
