About The Position

A Production II associate performs multiple warehouse duties, including restocking, order auditing, and picking customer orders. The role involves accurately picking product from designated locations and placing it into cartons on a pre-built pick cart or into totes as directed by a hand-scanner. Associates restock product, inspect outbound orders for accuracy and compliance, seal completed orders, and direct them for invoicing and shipment. The position operates on a 10:00 PM–6:30 AM schedule and has a stated salary range of $17.00–$25.00.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity.
• Ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions.
• Basic literacy for operating machines and completing necessary daily paperwork.
• Essential days or overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately pick product from designated locations and place it in cartons on a pre-built pick cart or in totes as directed by the hand-scanner.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Seal orders and direct completed orders to be invoiced and shipped.
• Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in the same condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
